Global Rules
Forum Rules
- 1. Do not disturb the pack. Use your common sense and pay respect to others. You should not insult, harass, annoy, bully, or intentionally start fights. If you are asked to stop, you need to stop with no more questions. There will be consequences for being rude to anyone on the cbox or forum.
2. This site is PG, so posts or chats cannot contain any of the following: promoting the use of illegal drugs, alcohol, sex, pornography, nudity, or any other form of adult content, profanity, hate, fraud, racism, mlm, pyramid schemes, or promote any illegal activity.
3. Spamming is a big no no. Short, annoying, or duplicated posts not contributing to the conversation will be deleted if found. Spamming also includes the overuse of CHATTING IN CAPS.
4. Avoid extreme chatspeak, even OOC areas. lol, wtf, and omg are common, but do not "spk lyk dis"(speak like this). Chatspeak is annoying and many of our members might not be able to read it.
5. Forum rules apply to signatures. If anything in your signature is breaking a rule, it will be changes or removed.
6. Do not impersonate anyone in this pack. This includes pretending to be someone famous or well known, or even one of our staff members. We can see IP addresses on the forum, and you will be banned if we catch you.
Character Creation Rules
- 1. Post each character's bio in it's own topic.
2. Do not copy or steal info from another's bio for your own. This is called plagiarism and there will be serious consequences if we catch you doing it!
3. Make an effort to be descriptive. Each character is unique, so tell us how he/she is unique. A single sentence isn't enough to tell us about a character.
4. Do not create Mary-Sue or Gary-Stu characters. Mary Sue is a term used to identify an irritatingly or overly attractive female who is described as being the embodiment of perfection; Gary Stu for males. A Mary Sue's annoying traits are not limited specifically to appearances however, as many aspects of a character can turn it into a Mary Sue. A Mary Sue creator will often try to get things to center on their character or push them as being the most important character. Backgrounds or histories of a character can reflect this as well, as Mary Sues often experience tragic or overly exaggerated pasts and manage to be the only survivor despite all odds or allow them to gain some form of skill/magic that only they can possess.
For a more in-depth description of Mary Sues, you can read wikipedia's article: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Mary_Sue
Roleplay Rules
- 1. Absolutely no powerplaying or godmodding.
2. Do not use chatspeak in roleplay. Type your posts in readable english and use the spell check provided by proboards to correct spelling mistakes.
3. Keep roleplay PG. Nothing graphic and use no swearing.
4.If you are an Alpha, Beta, or Delta, then you DO NOT have to be mates with the other one in your rank.
